The four critical measurements

To guarantee a secure, FIG-compliant fit, follow these instructions carefully. Use a flexible measuring tape and measure over a thin training leotard.

Run the tape from the shoulder, down through the crotch, and back up to the starting shoulder. This is the most critical measurement.

Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight across the shoulder blades.

Measure around the natural waistline, typically the narrowest part of the torso just above the belly button.

Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks with feet together to ensure perfect stretch on the carpet.

Our stock leotards are built to these standard dimensions. If your gymnast falls between sizes, we highly recommend selecting the larger size to accommodate growth and ensure comfortable apparatus-proof stretch.

Size S (Child 8-10)

Girth: 46-49" | Chest: 24-26" | Waist: 21-22" | Hips: 25-27"

Size M (Child 10-12)
