Rhythmic Leotards USA specializes in handcrafted rhythmic gymnastics leotards, custom designs, accessories, and competition apparel.

2. Product Information

Each leotard is handmade and may have slight variations in color, crystal placement, or design due to the handcrafted process. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but colors may vary depending on your screen or device settings.

Measurements provided for each product are the actual garment measurements. Customers are responsible for confirming the correct size before purchasing.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

4. Payment

We accept secure payments through the payment methods offered during checkout.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

5. Shipping

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Photos of the shipping package

8. Custom Orders

Custom-made leotards are created according to the measurements, colors, and design details approved by the customer.

Because each custom item is made specifically for you:

• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Production begins only after design approval and payment.

• Minor variations are part of the handmade process.

9. Care Instructions

To protect your leotard:

• Hand wash only if washing is recommended for your specific design.

• Use cold water and mild detergent.

• Do not bleach.

• Do not wring.

• Lay flat or hang to dry.

• Do not iron directly on crystals or decorations.

• Store carefully to prevent damage.

Improper care may damage fabrics or embellishments and is not covered by our policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, product descriptions, designs, graphics, and website content are the property of Rhythmic Leotards USA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rhythmic Leotards USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
